What we actually do
We name and brand the scheme. We produce the film, the photography and the development website. We run the campaign campaign. And we build a register of buyers who signed up because they want to live in that specific scheme, with their budget and timing on record.
Then we hand that register to whoever sells the scheme. Most of the time, that is you.
Why developers ask for this
Because a release is not a listing. Developers have started to notice the difference between marketing a scheme and putting it on the portals, and they have started buying those two things separately.
