Bexley Space

A big project, and the full works. Thirteen commercial units across meticulously restored barns and brand new spaces in Bexley Village, and we did the lot: the Bexley Space brand, the photography and video, the website that carries the lettings and the marketing campaign that filled it.

Bexley Village gave us the story. A working farmyard turned workspace, minutes from the village station, built for local businesses that wanted something better than a grey unit on an industrial estate. The brand and content leaned into the barns, the beams and the businesses moving in.

The lettings themselves run through the appointed agents, which is exactly how our model works. We generated the interest, the agents did the deals, and Bexley Space is now fully let.
